Payments & Maintenance
We request that all residents please submit any maintenance requests or make rental payments through their online portal. There is no charge for payments by check or ACH through the portal.
For emergency maintenance, please call (859) 475-0093. For after-hours emergencies, please leave a message with the automated answering service and your request will be forwarded to our maintenance tech on call that evening.
Prior to move-in, please confirm your move-in date with our office. We schedule our cleaning company right before move-in so that everything is ready for you.
Next please be sure to transfer any utilities to your name prior to move-in.

– Time Warner Cable can be contacted at Time Warner.
– Cincinnati Bell (for phone and internet) can be contacted at Cincinnati Bell.
Prior to move-in, we require payment of the security deposit as well as a full month’s rent (if you move-in during the middle of a month, your second month’s rent will be the pro-rated rent). On moving day, all moves must occur during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, in order to minimize any disturbance to neighbors.
We strive to provide a peaceful and quiet home for all residents. We hope that all residents are respectful of the community and their neighbors. If a neighbor is causing any disturbance, please contact our office and we will help address it.
We hope that all tenants stay as long as possible. If you do decide to move, we request at least forty five (45) days notice similar to other property managers. Please contact our office at email@example.com to schedule and coordinate a move-out.
