Payments & Maintenance
We request that all residents please make rental payments and submit any maintenance requests through the online portal.

Move-In Process
Before move-in, please confirm the date with our office. A scheduled cleaning will ensure everything is fresh and ready for you. We require payment of a security deposit and full month's rent (prorated rent will be allocated if the move-in date is after the 1st of the month). All moves must occur during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Please ensure that you transfer any utilities in your name prior to move-in.
– Duke Energy (for electric and gas service) can be contacted at Duke Energy.
– Northern Kentucky Water (for transfer of water and sewer) can be contacted at NKY Water.
– Time Warner Cable can be contacted at Time Warner.
– Cincinnati Bell (for phone and internet) can be contacted at Cincinnati Bell.

Noise Disturbances
We strive to provide a peaceful and quiet home for all residents. We hope that all residents are respectful of the community and their neighbors. If a neighbor is causing any disturbance, please contact our office, and we will help address it.
Move-Out Process
While we hope that all tenants stay as long as possible, if you do decide to move, we request at least forty-five (45) days' notice. Please call (859) 475-0093 to coordinate a move-out or submit a request through your portal.
